Accolade Technologies is owned and operated by Scott M. Dudash, President. Mr. Dudash brings over 35 years of operational and business experience in Defense, Intelligence, Cyber, and Engineering to his responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer of Accolade Technologies, LLC.
Mr. Dudash is a 22-year Naval Officer veteran whose experience included service on the staff of the Commander, Naval Security Group. Following his military service, he continued to support the Intelligence community as a contractor in positions as Program Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities for Small Business, Large Business’s, and large Non-Profit defense companies.
BCT LLC is pleased to serve as Mentor to Accolade Technologies, LLC under a formal Mentor-Protégé Agreement approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA) on December 1, 2020. The purpose of this agreement is to help Accolade compete for new Government contracts and to increase participation in existing programs. BCT LLC is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Accolade is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Government benefits through improved competition and performance against socio-economic contracting goals as well as through a more robust small business Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

Kathleen brings over 30 years of intelligence community and program management experience. Her responsibilities include providing leadership to A2SE operations and program management.
BCT LLC is a woman-owned small business founded in 2006, and based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. BCT is led by Alexandra Hardin and provides services in Engineering and Cyber Security, High Performance Computing, Intelligence Analysis, Information Technology Advisory Services, and Program Management and Acquisition.
